1. Using the service

Codeandwrite is a marketplace for coding and writing jobs. These terms describe the rules for using the site and submitting listings. If you do not agree with these rules, do not create an account or submit content.

You can browse jobs without an account. Applications follow the destination supplied by the employer. Codeandwrite is not the employer for advertised roles and does not make hiring decisions or guarantee an interview, offer, or particular outcome.

2. Employer accounts

Provide accurate account and organization information, use an email address you control, and act only for organizations you are authorized to represent. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Email verification is required for posting. Verification and moderation do not represent an endorsement of an employer or a guarantee that a listing is accurate.

3. Posting jobs

Listings must describe genuine coding or writing work. Clearly state the role, employer, responsibilities, location restrictions, application destination, and any disclosed compensation. Keep information accurate and close roles that are no longer available.

• Do not impersonate another employer or publish content you lack permission to use.
• Do not post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or out-of-scope roles.
• Do not ask candidates to pay to apply or provide financial credentials.
• Do not include malicious links, spam, or unnecessary personal information.

Only disclose employer-provided compensation. Do not present an estimate as a confirmed salary. Any paid posting service will need its price and applicable payment terms disclosed before a purchase; these terms do not create a payment obligation.

4. Submitted content

You retain rights you hold in your content. By submitting it, you give Codeandwrite permission to store, format, review, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the listing service. This includes displaying approved listings and sharing listing links.

Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for that use. Contact us to raise an ownership concern or request a correction or removal. Review records may be retained for service administration and resolving disputes.

5. Review and removal

Listings are reviewed before publication. We may request corrections, reject a submission, or remove a listing that violates these rules or presents a safety concern. Listings also stop accepting applications when closed or expired.

We may restrict access where needed to address misuse or protect the service. Contact us if you believe a moderation or access decision is mistaken, and include the listing link or relevant account details.

6. External sites and availability

Employer application sites operate separately from Codeandwrite and have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before sharing information. Report suspicious listings using the contact details below.

We aim to keep the service available and information current, but interruptions and errors can occur. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

7. Responsible use and changes

Do not attempt to access another account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or copy and republish content without the necessary rights. We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will appear on this page; material changes affecting employer accounts will be communicated through the service or account email.
